I love movement. I grew up with a passion for dance and have spent the past 22 years crafting my skill. I spent my free time as a young woman rehearsing and competing in ballet, highland, jazz, tap, flamenco, and modern dance. I also spent some time performing on cruise lines! It was that love and passion for movement and the body that brought me into my career as a personal trainer. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through CanfitPro and have completed many courses through Mount Royal University, including AFLCA Group Fitness, Resistance Training, TRX, Fusion and BootyBarre.  

I teach individuals how to feel confident and fit in their bodies. I also teach them how to be happy. Happiness is a skill we develop, and I'm an expert at teaching it.

I help individuals build a strong physical foundation and become experts in movement for their unique body and lifestyle. I am passionate, caring and energetic. I love helping women to be their best self.
