Simple Knee Lift Dance Move!

Hello Fabulous Individuals!  In this video JUST MOVE is what we are going to do.  No specific technique required, just move and have fun!  A great way to break up your day from sitting is 5 minutes of movement, put your favourite song on and groove with knee ups!  You will have more clarity for your task at hand after you get that energy flowing!  Have fun and POWER UP, It's Flight Time!
